Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on SLA Post-Processing Operator to handle the post-production stages of SLA (Stereolithography) 3D printed parts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, curing, finishing, and ensuring the final quality of printed components. Key Responsibilities: Remove prints from SLA build platforms carefully and safely Clean printed parts using IPA and ultrasonic cleaner Perform UV curing as per material specifications Remove support structures without damaging the parts Sanding, polishing, or painting as required for final finish Inspect parts visually and dimensionally for defects or inconsistencies Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of post-processing equipment Keep daily logs of processed jobs and report issues Coordinate with production team to ensure timely delivery of finished parts Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; ITI/Diploma in Mechanical preferred 1+ year experience in 3D printing/post-processing preferred (freshers with good hand skills can apply) Knowledge of SLA/DLP/LCD resin printing and post-processing workflow Comfortable handling chemicals (IPA, resins, etc.) with safety Attention to detail and a steady hand for precision work Ability to work independently and in a team
